Power factor problems don’t show up as a direct fault, but they keep increasing electricity cost month after month. That’s usually when an APFC Panel becomes necessary. We deal with this at the panel level, where correction is controlled properly instead of adding loose capacitor banks without logic.
We manufacture APFC Panel in Ahmedabad for industrial setups where load keeps changing during the day. Fixed correction doesn’t work in such cases. That’s why we use automatic control with step-based capacitor switching. The panel reads power factor conditions and adjusts capacitor banks in stages, based on actual demand.
Panel design is not kept standard for every site. Some installations have heavy inductive loads, some have mixed loads. Capacitor rating, number of steps, and controller selection depend on how the system behaves, not just connected load. We also consider detuned reactors where harmonic levels are expected. Ignoring harmonics usually creates more problems than it solves.
Then there’s the matter of panel durability. Capacitors generate heat, and poor ventilation reduces life. We plan internal layout with enough spacing and airflow. Busbar sizing and cable routing are done to handle continuous load without stress points.
Our APFC Panel manufacturing in Ahmedabad is handled fully in-house. Fabrication, assembly, wiring, and integration are controlled at each stage. That keeps consistency in build quality and avoids last-minute corrections.
Testing is part of regular process. We check step switching, controller operation, and basic electrical parameters before dispatch. Panels are built following IS and IEC practices so they can be installed without unnecessary modifications.
We supply APFC Panel in Ahmedabad, across Gujarat, and for projects across India where power factor control is required for stable operation and reduced penalty charges.
If your system is facing low power factor or inconsistent correction, share your load details. We will check and build an APFC Panel that works as per actual site conditions, not just a general assumption.
